myViewBoard supports integration with a Zoom account to allow the use of myViewBoard during meetings.


Prerequisites

Before using the feature, verify that the following requirements are met:

  • The user must already have a working Zoom account.
  • Zoom must be installed on the same device. To install Zoom:
  1. Download Zoom from https://zoom.us/support/download
  2. Click the installer to start installation. You may need to provide administrative rights to continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. After installation, launch Zoom, and sign in.
  • (Optional) Some users may need to pre-approve the app (or ask their admins to pre-approve) before integration. To pre-approve, go to the following URL:

Integrating a Zoom Account

To connect myViewBoard with Zoom:

  1. On myViewBoard.com, go to the FollowMe screen.
  2. On the FollowMe screen, click Cloud Integration on the side menu.
  3. From the list of services, click Zoom.
  4. On the next window, sign in to connect myViewBoard with your Zoom account.

The user can only bind one Zoom account at a time. To bind another account, the user must unbind the active account first.

  1. On myViewBoard.com, go to the FollowMe screen.
  2. On the FollowMe screen, click Cloud Integration on the side menu.
  3. Locate the Zoom entry, and click Unbind.
  4. After the process to complete, click the Zoom entry again to bind another account.
  5. Log in to the myViewBoard for Windows application, and try starting a Zoom meeting using the new account.

主持一場會議:

  1. 選以下其一
    • Start without video (開始一場沒有影像的會議)
    • Screen share only (單純分享螢幕)
  2. 點擊
    Host a meeting Off.png
    按鈕。


參加一場會議:

  1. 任選以下其中一種方法:
    • 在文字方塊中,輸入會議室連結。
    • 複製該連結,然後點擊

      按鈕來貼上會議室連結。
  2. 點擊

    按鈕。


Zoom 應用程式將被開啟並開始一場會議。若要使其他會議參與者也可以看到您的 myViewBoard 螢幕:

  1. 在 Zoom 會議的視窗中,點擊下方工具列的分享螢幕。
  2. 選取 Screen(螢幕) 或 myViewBoard Main Window(myViewBoard主要視窗)。
  3. 點擊分享。
  4. 若想要停止分享,點擊 Stop Share(停止分享)。
  5. 若要結束會議,點擊下方工具列的 End Meeting (結束會議)。

Troubleshooting

If Zoom integration is not working, try re-binding the Zoom account:

  1. Sign in to the http://myViewBoard.com website
  2. Click your avatar picture, and click myViewBoard Cloud Integration.
  3. Locate the Zoom entry, and click Unbind.
  4. After the process to complete, click the Zoom entry again to rebind.
  5. Log in to the myViewBoard for Windows application, and try starting a Zoom meeting.


If the 'unbind' command was applied to the integrated Zoom account during a myViewBoard for Windows session, opening the Zoom meeting feature displays an error message. If the user binds the Zoom account again, myViewBoard can refresh the token without requiring the user to log out.

If problems persist, contact customer support. Kindly provide a screenshot of any error messages.
