==Kết nối tài khoản lưu trữ đám mây với myViewBoard==

Làm lại theo các bước để thêm liên kết với dịch vụ tài khoản đám mây mới. Để chọn một tài khoản làm lưu trữ đám mây chính hãy nhấp vào Đặt làm mặc định.

==Thư mục==

Sau khi liên kết, hãy truy cập vào Hộp Công Cụ [[File:I-main-tool-bar-magic-box.svg|25px|link=]] trong [[vi:Whiteboard]] hoặc [[vi:Classroom]] để sử dụng.

Khi tài khoản myViewBoard được kết nối với tài khoản lưu trữ đám mây, hệ thống sẽ tự động tạo ra một thư mục có tên gọi <code>myViewBoard</code>.

Ở chế độ mặc định, thư mục 'myViewBoard' sẽ có các thư mục con sau:

* ''Hình nền'' - hình nền tùy chỉnh để thay đổi trên bảng.
* ''Bảng'' - tự động lưu trữ ccác phiên myViewBoard.
* ''Pút Magic Line'' - tùy chỉnh hình ảnh co sẵn của bút Magic Line Pen  
* ''Media'' - thư mục mặc định cho tính năng lưu trữ đám mây của Hộp Công Cụ.
* ''Bút Hình Học'' - các hình ảnh có sẵn cho tùy chọn bút Hình Học.
* ''Gửi Tệp Tin'' - các tệp tin được gửi qua tính năng Gửi Tệp Tin.

Các thư mục khác sẽ được tự động thêm vào khi sử dụng các tính năng trong myViewBoard:

* ''Câu Đố'' - nội dung được lưu khi sử dụng tính năng Câu Đố - Pop Quiz
* ''Chia sẻ QR'' - phiên myViewBoard dạng PDF được chia sẻ dưới dạng mã QR.

==Upload Custom Images==
Use the cloud storage account to store custom images that can be used in Whiteboard or Classroom sessions.

==Auto Save to cloud when session times out==

Setting a cloud drive as default automatically enables the "auto save to cloud on time out" feature:

* On the myViewBoard.com web site, assign a default cloud drive on the FollowMe AI page.
* On Whiteboard for Windows, verify that a default cloud drive is enabled.

Once the session reaches the idle timeout period, myViewBoard for Windows automatically saves the current session into the "\myViewBoard\Canvas\" folder on the default cloud drive under the file name "autosave-[TimeStamp].vboard".

Để kích hoạt liên kết tài khoản Skype phiên bản Business, người dùng cần cài đặt trước Skype phiên bản Business trên thiết bị và làm theo các bước sau:

# Đăng nhập vào phần mềm Whiteboard phiên bản Windows với tài khoản dùng để đăng nhập Skype phiên bản Business.

# Nhấp vào biểu tượng Skype để mở Skype và tự động đăng nhập.
