GoToMeeting

myViewBoard 可整合 GoToMeeting 帳號，在 GoToMeeting 的會議中亦可使用 myViewBoard。

Skype

若您要將 myViewBoard 帳號與商務版 Skype 整合，請先確認您已安裝商務版 Skype，再執行以下步驟：

  1. 請先開啟 Windows 版數位白板
  2. 請先登入可支援整合商務版 Skype 的數位白板帳號
    大多數的企業都會將員工的 Skype 帳號和 myViewBoard 帳號設定為相同，但在整合帳號前，建議請先和 IT 管理員確認
  3. 點選 無線投影 圖標
  4. 再點選 Skype 以啟動該程式，帳號會自動登入

WebEx

分享螢幕前，請先啟動 Whiteboard for Windows 並準備好您要展示的內容。

  1. 開啟 Cisco Webex Meetings 應用程式。
  2. 點選主視窗上的「開始會議」。
  3. 進入到「個人會議室」後，點擊開始會議。
  4. 進入到會議視窗後，點擊分享 > 分享我的會議視窗。
    點選分享後，螢幕的最上方會顯示「您正在分享會議視窗」。此時，與會者能看見您螢幕上所有物件（包括 myViewBoard for Windows）。
  5. 您也可以點擊 來分享會議 。

當與會者可以看見您的螢幕時，切換至 myViewBoard for Windows 並開始展示您的內容。

展示完畢後，停止螢幕共享：

  1. 移動您的滑鼠到「您正在分享會議視窗」訊息視窗上。
  2. 訊息視窗的下滑選單中，選擇「停止分享」。
