A compass that can be resized and rotated. Click and drag the pen point to draw along the compass path.
Click the 
icon to move the compass around the canvas.
Click the 
icon to rotate the compass.
Click the 
icon to flip the compass.
Click the 
icon to resize/adjust the compass to draw bigger/smaller circles.
Click on the Pen to draw the circle on the canvas.
Click the 
icon to close the compass tool.
