Magic Box for interactivity
Magic Box contains many useful options to add interactivity to the whiteboard. Click/tap Magic Box in the main toolbar, then click/tap the desired tool, and simply drag the selected tool or file onto the canvas.
From Magic Box you can access local and cloud storage, add sticky notes, useful tools such as timers and calculators, use the device camera for photos, add educational clips, add pre-approved web images and videos, widgets, and quizzes. Students can share documents to the whiteboard and participate in polls and quizzes via myviewboard.com. The session host can then access these features through Magic Box in Whiteboard for Windows.

Change the background
Change the whiteboard background by: importing images from local and cloud storage, or by using myViewBoard custom backgrounds.
The background management icon is located in the bottom left of the screen.
myViewBoard also provides free content accessible from the background management pop-out window. myViewBoard Originals is regularly updated and is also accessible from this page on the wiki.

Embedded web browser
Whiteboard for Windows also features a built-in web browser, accessible by clicking in the floating toolbar when not in present mode. Using this keeps Whiteboard open in the foreground as normal, and displays the web browser in a pop-out window.
You can also access the full Windows operating system including web browsers by clicking the Windows Toggle Button .
Wireless presentation and screensharing
You can share the whiteboard screen wirelessly via the Wireless Presentation icon in the top-right of the screen. You need to be signed in to your myViewBoard account for this feature to work.
* This feature is available for Premium and Entity accounts only.

Alternatively, Whiteboard for Windows integrates with Zoom, Skype, and GoToMeeting. Configure third party connections via the FollowMe settings on myviewboard.com.
Record screen and take screenshots
To record or screenshot your screen click the Screen capture icon in the main toolbar. From here, there are options to record the whole screen and save locally, or take full or partial screenshots and add the image onto the whiteboard canvas.
Screen recording and screenshots apply to the whole device, not just whiteboard.
Present mode
By default Whiteboard opens into prepare mode. Switching to present mode makes the whiteboard fullscreen, hiding the Microsoft Windows Taskbar. This can be useful if recording or wirelessly presenting your whiteboard. Videos and media are interactive in the same way during both present and prepare modes, however the embedded browser is also hidden.
