Users will need to type in their name and the myViewBoard Name they wish to send their screen to (located in the Cast Window or the top right of the myViewBoard Program). When the person sends their screen, their name will appear under the “Receive screen from” section the Cast Menu as shown on the right.

Again their name will show in red until you touch/click their name at which point their name will turn green AND their screen will display on the board in a window.

Notes

  • Multiple screen may be displayed at once although network performance may suffer.
  • While someone is sharing their screen their computer is displayed live (with some delay depending on your network speed).
  • There is a set of controls at the bottom of the screen share window allowing you to turn the computer’s microphone on or off, a quick switch menu (which pulls up other devices and lets you switch to another computer on the fly), a screenshot tool (allowing you to capture what’s being displayed), a full screen button and a button to close the window.
