The 3 bears and the 3 chicks is a river crossing puzzle.

River-crossing puzzles are older than a thousand years and were devised to help children develop logic and reasoning skills.



Instructions

The 3 bears and the 3 chicks need to move to the other side of the river.

  • The boat can carry up to two of animals at a time.
  • If the bears ever outnumber the chicks on either side of the river, the bears will eat the chicks.
