myViewBoard for Windows is a digital whiteboard solution designed specifically to run on the Windows operating system. myViewBoard for Windows is optimized for interactive displays, but will also run on non-interactive screens, with mouse clicks replacing touch events for interaction. Integration with myViewBoard.com allows unlimited users to share screens, as well as cast-in and out from anywhere in the world. myViewBoard for Windows also lets users write, highlight, edit, and transform documents and images on-screen in real-time, leveraging interactive displays to create more engaging presentations.
myViewBoard for Windows uses advanced AES-256 encryption to protect data from unauthorized access.

myViewBoard for Windows Working Area
The myViewBoard for Windows working area is divided into the following areas:
Main area where users work in. By default, the background of the canvas area is blank. However, this can be customized via the following methods:
- Click the Whiteboard background management menu to specify another solid color, or one of the predefined images as the background.
- Sign in to your myViewBoard account to load your personal preferences, including any customizations applied to backgrounds, shape lines and magic pens.
Resize the canvas area by dragging the handle bar at the right bottom side of the MyViewBoard program.

Toolbar that allows users to perform operations on the canvas. This toolbar can be moved freely around the canvas area.
Move Floating toolbar
Drag to move the Floating Toolbar around the canvas.
Switches the canvas to fullscreen mode, hiding the Windows task bar and title bar.
Paste from clipboard
Inserts the current clipboard content onto the canvas.
Opens the built-in browser to access internet resources.
If the canvas contains multiple pages, displays the previous page.
If the canvas contains multiple pages, displays the next page.
Adds a new page to the canvas.
Displays spoken text as captions during presentation mode.
Select Live Caption language
Sets the language used by the Live Captions feature.

Toolbar that allows users to add annotations to the canvas area. This toolbar is always fixed to the right, left or bottom side of the program window.
Windows toggle button
Click to use the myViewBoard tools on the Windows desktop.
Enable and manage casts.
Displays options for capturing the contents of the canvas.
Click and drag to move toolbar to the side of the screen.
Displays options for opening, saving, exporting and printing files.
Displays various tools that you can insert into the canvas.
Drag to move the canvas. Use two hands to zoom in/out.
Selects objects, text and pictures.
Draws freehand lines and squiggles. Click again to open pen options.
Erases objects, based on the last mode selected.
Draws lines and shapes with different styles.
Creates a textbox. Click again to switch to handwriting recognition.
Reverses the previous action
Reverses the previous undo action.
Creates, selects, sorts, and deletes pages.

A toolbar that appears at the topmost section of the myViewBoard program. If logged in, this toolbar displays the user account currently logged in. It also provides access to the following options:

myViewBoard for Windows Accessibility Features
myViewBoard for Windows supports the following accessibility features:
A form of speech synthesis that converts text into spoken voice input. Text-to-speech systems were first developed to aid the visually impaired by offering a computer generated voice that would "read" text to the user.
- Visual aids
Color filters change the color palette on the screen and help color blind users distinguish between things that differ only by color. The following filters are available:

- - Grayscale
- - Deuteranopia
- - Protanopia
- - Tritanopia
- Touch adjustment
myViewBoard for Windows supports multiple touch points. However, for users with mobility issues, or just for anyone who are prone to accidentally lean on or touch the canvas, this can be disabled for easier input.

Integration with myViewBoard.com
To get the most out of myViewBoard, users need to create a complimentary myViewBoard account at http://www.myviewboard.com. Users can sign up with their Google, Microsoft or a regular email address. Having a myViewBoard account provides the following benefits:
- Sign in from anywhere
- Load personal settings and customizations
- Access to files stored in linked cloud storage services
- Use all the features of myViewBoard
myViewBoard for Windows can still be used without signing in. However, some features will be unavailable.

myViewBoard for Windows allows users to launch collaboration/meeting programs during a myViewBoard session. Note that to use these programs, they must be first installed on the host machine. myViewBoard for Windows supports the following programs:

myViewBoard supports integration with several cloud storage providers. Integration allow users to access their files during myViewBoard sessions.
- Google services (Google Drive, Google Classroom and Google Calendar)
